CHRIS HONORAT

Pioneer of the French electronic scene, Chris Honorat made ​​his debut on Radio FG in Paris in 1992 under the name of The Exorcist. He has worked in Laurent Garnier’s record shop USA Imports, and signed on his label F Communications in 1995 under the name of Chaotik Ramses.

He co-organizes many raves as D-Mention festival or Autom@tik parties at the Rex Club, one of the best techno venue in France and Europe.

Chris multiplies collaborations and released several EPs on many French techno labels (F Com., Secluded, Dancefloor Killer, Kobayashi, Wall Keys, Euterpe, A-Traction ...) as well as compilations of the great events in which he participates as DJ (Printemps de Bourges, Got Milk, Happy Land, D-mention ...)

After seven years of residence at the Rex Club and many evenings in France and abroad, he moved in the South Pacific and mixed in Tahiti, New Zealand and New Caledonia. He has worked with local artists, including the rock band Tikahiri that he brings to an electronic way.

Back in France in late 2013 Chris Honorat now performs under his real name, a symbol of musical maturity gained over the years of travel and meetings.

He has signed in 2014 on Polish label Prismat then on Get Physical Music, for which he composed the title "Finally Come" and mix compilation Get Physical In Miami during the Winter Conference. This mix was recorded live at the Rex Club, and is still visible on YouTube.

Then he released a new EP on A-traction, with remixes of Emde and Beroshima, and has joined the stable of famous KMS label provided two EPs in 2015, and its new 2nd division Born to a third EP scheduled also for the beginning of next year.
